Evidence-based online therapy for anxiety, sadness and low mood, life transitions, relationship challenges and ADHD behavioural management.
I work online with people across Australia who are looking to improve their well-being and navigate life's challenges. My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Therapy isn't about fixing what's broken—it's about helping you build clarity, resilience, and a life that feels genuinely satisfying.
I work with people from all walks of life who are navigating:
You don't need to be in crisis to gain value from therapy. Sometimes the hardest part is just reaching out.
Whether you want to build a new relationship or improve an existing one, relationship challenges can be deeply distressing. Together, we'll work on communication, patterns, and the skills to create healthier connections.
Constant worry, overthinking, physical tension, racing thoughts—anxiety doesn't always look dramatic, but it's exhausting. Together, we'll work on practical strategies to help you regain control.
Executive function challenges, focus issues, emotional regulation—ADHD affects daily life in ways medication alone can't address. We'll build practical systems that work with your brain, not against it.
When sadness, numbness, or low motivation linger, everyday life feels heavier. We'll explore what's underneath and build practical ways to reconnect with meaning, energy, and hope.
Poor sleep affects every aspect of your life—your mood, energy, relationships, and work. We'll address the underlying patterns and develop strategies to help you sleep better and feel more rested.
Feeling stuck, powerless, or like nothing you do makes a difference can be paralyzing. Therapy can help you regain a sense of agency and find pathways forward.
Chronic boredom isn't just about needing something to do—it often signals a deeper disconnection from meaning, purpose, or engagement with life. Let's explore what's beneath the surface.
Physical injuries can disrupt your identity, routines, and sense of self. Whether you're dealing with frustration, loss, or uncertainty about the future, therapy can help you rebuild and move forward.
I draw from evidence-based therapies, but I'm not a fan of one-size-fits-all approaches. What works for one person might not work for another. Here's what you can expect from me:
I use approaches like CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based strategies all backed by research and proven to work.
You'll leave each session with tools you can actually use. Therapy is a partnership—we'll figure out what works for you together.
I draw from Stoic and Hellenistic philosophy, which emphasizes values, meaning, and virtue. Therapy isn't just symptom reduction—it's about living well.
I customise my approach to find what works for you so you feel each session produces something valuable.
I'll support you, but I'll also challenge you when needed. Growth happens at the edge of your comfort zone.
We're not just putting out fires—we're building sustainable change that lasts beyond our sessions.
