Psychotherapy Services

Evidence-based online therapy for anxiety, sadness and low mood, life transitions, relationship challenges and ADHD behavioural management.

How I Work

I work online with people across Australia who are looking to improve their well-being and navigate life's challenges. My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Therapy isn't about fixing what's broken—it's about helping you build clarity, resilience, and a life that feels genuinely satisfying.

Who I Work With

I work with people from all walks of life who are navigating:

  • Anxiety — Persistent worry, overthinking, physical tension
  • Sadness and low mood — Lingering sadness, numbness, low motivation
  • Life transitions and difficulties — Career changes, identity shifts, feeling stuck
  • Relationship challenges — Building new relationships or improving current ones
  • ADHD behavioural management — Executive function, focus, emotional regulation (not diagnosis or medication advice)
  • Sleep issues — Insomnia, disrupted sleep, racing thoughts at night
  • Helplessness — Feeling stuck, powerless, or like nothing makes a difference
  • Boredom — Disconnection from meaning, purpose, or engagement
  • Recovery from injuries — Rebuilding life and identity after physical setbacks

You don't need to be in crisis to gain value from therapy. Sometimes the hardest part is just reaching out.

My Therapeutic Approach

I draw from evidence-based therapies, but I'm not a fan of one-size-fits-all approaches. What works for one person might not work for another. Here's what you can expect from me:

Evidence-Based

I use approaches like CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based strategies all backed by research and proven to work.

Practical & Collaborative

You'll leave each session with tools you can actually use. Therapy is a partnership—we'll figure out what works for you together.

Philosophical Lens

I draw from Stoic and Hellenistic philosophy, which emphasizes values, meaning, and virtue. Therapy isn't just symptom reduction—it's about living well.

Outcome Focused Process

I customise my approach to find what works for you so you feel each session produces something valuable.

Compassionate Accountability

I'll support you, but I'll also challenge you when needed. Growth happens at the edge of your comfort zone.

Long-Term Focus

We're not just putting out fires—we're building sustainable change that lasts beyond our sessions.
