Daniel Talbot, Psychotherapist

Welcome to Your Balance Psychotherapy

I'm Daniel Talbot, an Australian psychotherapist offering secure online telehealth sessions. I work with people from all walks of life who are looking to improve their well-being, navigate challenges, or simply understand themselves better.

Maybe you're dealing with anxiety that won't let up, sadness or low mood that lingers, a major life transition, relationship challenges, or ADHD behavioural management.

You don't need to be in crisis to gain value from therapy. Sometimes the hardest part is simply reaching out.

About Daniel

I'm a psychotherapist working online with people across Australia. My background brings together psychology, movement and yoga — so I tend to look at the whole person, not just the symptom.

I help people find purpose and steadiness as they navigate life and relationships. Whether it's anxiety that won't shift, low mood, relationship strain, ADHD patterns, or a major transition, the aim is the same: to understand what's happening and build a way forward that actually fits you.

Therapy works best when it feels safe, honest and useful. That's what I aim for in every session.
